Below is a sample skillset for a 240-300 skill point Deadeye build suitable for starter-level Raids. We will cover specific PvE, PvP, Leveling and endgame build guides in our more advanced Deadeye build guide.

The Paladin's Identity skill revolves around their Piety Meter , a gauge that grants access to one of two powerful buffs when full—a damage buff or a support aura. As we've just mentioned, you're going to be using Holy Aura the most to frequently buff the damage of your allies. In general, you'll want to ignore Sacred Executioner (the blue buff) unless you're playing solo content.

This class overview covers some basic class mechanics for the Sharpshooter, as well as a look at playstyles, Engravings, and a sample skill build. This is not designed as an advanced class guide, but rather as a "Here's an overview to help you decide whether you want to play the ranged warri

For Awakening, it's time for Golden Eye again . Lots of AoE damage is good for dealing damage as you move in to deal damage with Blade Storm and the stealth it provides can be good for dodging attacks from the Raid boss. There is some flexibility with this build so play around with what feels good to you.

Judgment increases the damage of your Punish (blue) skills, but its real use is in building up your Piety Meter faster. It's not uncommon for Paladins to spec for this Engraving to build up their gauge faster, allowing for better uptime on Holy Aura.

Like the Gunslinger, the Deadeye class has a weapon stance switch as its identity gauge and skill. Mastering Deadeye is all about knowing when to rotate abilities, manage buffs and debuffs , and keep your weapon stance changing to maximize cooldown reduction and timing .

Increases overall damage to enemies by 40%, but you can only activate the Handgun stance.

Even after some buffs to the Pistols, removing two thirds of your kit with the Pistoleer Engraving feels pretty bad on the Deadeye. It's not the meme it once was, and you can use it to clear a lot of the content in the anime Game events, but it still feels weak in comparison, and more importantly, pretty boring. That's why you'll see Enhanced Weapon as the top pick for PvE builds across the majority of the endgame content, including Dungeons and Raids.

Despite these positives, Deadeye is not the easiest class to play . His kit relies heavily on back attacks and, despite being a ranged character, his main damage-dealing abilities do drop off at longer ranges. A recent buff has encouraged players to try out pistol and rifle builds, but the shotgun still reigns supreme for close-range burst damage.

Cone-shaped explosion, longer cooldown (+4s), and extra 100% damage to Challenge or lower enemies
Awakening Skill - Golden Eye. Both Engravings are viable, but Golden Eye often finds itself in Dungeon-clearing builds thanks to its massive AoE output. It's faster than Fenrir's Messenger, the other class Engraving, and doesn't need to be charged up. Instant hit for lots of damage. Can't really go wrong with it.

Both of these class Engravings require a specific build. That includes what other Engravings you run with the class. To keep it simple without diving too much into specific builds (we will have an advanced build guide for the Sharpshooter available at a later date), here's a sample set of recommended Engravings that can work on both class Engraving bui

The debate about whether to play Deadeye, Sharpshooter, or Gunslinger rages on in the Lost Ark community. This class overview is designed to give you a better idea of what exactly Deadeye is, and what the class does best.

Increases size of perfect zone, when you land a perfect shot the ability has a crit rate increase of 30% and crit damage increase of 160%

The other recommended Engravings are as follows. These are really go-to Engravings for most classes in PvE. You can find out alternative Engravings and specific builds in our best Soulfist build gui

There are currently four Founder's Packs available for Lost Ark : Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum . Purchasing any of the Founder's Packs will grant you early access to the game between February 8 and February

Ascent Chests at levels 20, 30, 40, and 50 - These give you Silver and Potions when you hit a certain level. Potions become more important in the endgame so you want to hold onto these rather than glugging them at every opportun

The Sharpshooter is a ranged DPS class in Lost Ark - he relies on his bow and a Hawk to deal damage, dealing damage mostly from medium to long-range. A few close-range abilities are thrown in there for good measure.

At level 3, Cursed Doll increases all attack power by 16% but reduces incoming healing. This is not that common in high level raids, but it's a good place to start during your first endgame runs.
