MLS moneyline selects for Matchday 6

Toronto FC vs Colorado Rapids

Toronto are unbeaten in nine straight home matches going back to last summer season, but six of those have been draws. The Rapids are playing well to start this season, and I like them to get a lead to another draw north of the border.

New England Revolution vs CF Montreal

Neither of these groups are great, but both have actually revealed flashes sometimes this season. I can't rely on either side, so I'll choose another stalemate.

Real Salt Lake vs Sporting Kansas City

Pick: Real Salt Lake (-227 )

The youth motion is offering early returns genuine Salt Lake, with Aiden Hezarkhani and Zavier Gozo turning some heads. The group as a whole made a statement with a 2-2 draw last time out at San Diego, and they'll take care of an overmatched Sporting side.

Atlanta United FC vs Columbus Crew SC

Pick: Atlanta United (+187 )

The enhancements may not be happening as fast as some Five Stripes fans would hope, however the signs are there for Atlanta. I'll back them to get a win versus a Columbus side off to the worst start in club history.

Charlotte FC vs Philadelphia Union

Pick: Pick (+115 )

I'm sorry, but I'm getting plus-odds with Charlotte, at home, versus a Philadelphia side that has looked dreadful considering that the season began? It feels like a trap, however I'll happily bite.

D.C. United vs FC Dallas

Pick: Draw (+240 )

Dallas has actually been in 5 incredibly tight matches this season, drawing two times and almost doing so once again the last time out. DC United is struggling to score goals but are difficult to break down defensively. This will be a low-scoring draw.

New York City Red Bulls vs FC Cincinnati

Pick: Draw (+270 )

The Red Bulls have been outscored 10-2 over their last three matches, while Cincinnati has actually conceded 10 goals in their last three and will be without Miles Robinson. There's not a result here that would shock me, so I'll take the worth on a draw.

New York City FC vs St. Louis CITY SC

Pick: NYCFC (-139 )

NYCFC are the more skilled side, but this might be a close one, offered the number of players went out on global duty. That said, until St. Louis City show they can score a goal versus an excellent side, I'm definitely not banking on them to get a result against one.

Inter Miami FC vs Austin FC

Pick: Inter Miami (-278 )

Lionel Messi and business open the Nu Stadium for the very first time, and that atmosphere is going to be incredible. It's going to be a rough night for an Austin side that has lost both roadway matches this season.

Chicago Fire vs Nashville SC

Pick: Nashville (+190 )

This is the very best worth of the weekend. There's absolutely no reason Nashville ought to be getting plus odds in my viewpoint, especially with how many players went on international duty for Chicago. Take this line and run.

Houston Dynamo vs FC

Pick: Seattle (+170 )

Houston aren't defending well, and Seattle's not enabling teams to rating. They've conceded simply two goals all season, and they'll do enough to slip out with a hard-fought win.

LAFC vs Orlando City SC

Pick: LAFC (-312 )

LAFC can most likely call their rating in this one. This Orlando team has actually conceded 4 or more goals in 3 of their last 4 and might do so once again Saturday.

LA Galaxy vs Minnesota United FC

Pick: LA Galaxy (-111 )

Neither of these teams are any great today, but at least the Galaxy can score from time to time. James Rodriguez will miss out on after being hospitalized earlier this week with dehydration, which'll cost them their shot.

San Jose Earthquakes vs San Diego FC

Pick: Draw (+260 )

I will be tuned in for this one. Timo Werner is already clicking for San Jose and became part of an outstanding win over Vancouver. San Diego are playing quite well, and are a Leading 5 club in MLS today as far as I'm worried. This should be a fantastic face-off with no clear winner.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs Portland Timbers

Pick: Vancouver (-286 )

Definitely wary of these chances in a Cascadia Cup match, however Portland's defense is filled with injuries. The Whitecaps attack ought to have a simple time of it.
